My husband and I were very happy with the service we received from Nick. We were very indecisive during our car shopping experience, yet Nick was very patient and understanding, never pushy. He took the time to test-drive and show us several different vehicles, and never rushed us through them. He showed us all of the features in each of the cars, unlike sales associates at other dealerships we have been to. We really appreciated the time he spent showing us where all of the controls were, and what all of the different features were, even when it meant staying past closing time to help us. We realize this took a lot of his time, but it truly was helpful, and we are happy he did so. We would definitely recommend Nick Sigel specifically to our friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle.

Luis was great and he definitely reviewed all of the features of the Fusion. The delivery time spent was certainly appropriate and sufficient. I did not meet the service team, but that is only because they had left for the day by the time I was done with the delivery process. Overall, the process was smooth and enjoyable and Luis was a pleasure to work with.
